Dear Peggy

Thank you once again for all you've done in helping Sandy and I secure our

waterfront property.  

As you may not know, during  the summer before you and I met, I came up from Toronto and was introduced to two other real estate agents who took a keen interest in what I was looking for.  Each took down all my information, knew what I was after...then I never heard from either of them again.

Peggy, I would like you to know how we feel about our experience with you.

The property you found us is a real gem; it's hard to believe it hadn't been

discovered by anyone else.   All the information and advice you gave us

along the way during the fact finding process was invaluable (being from the city we were wading through uncharted territory).  We are very thankful for your patience in this regard. 

 But what I am the most grateful for, and would like to share with your colleagues and potential future clients is your integrity.  Your honesty, knowledge, diligence, and willingness to work is refreshing in this day and age where you just don't find sales people as dedicated to their craft as you clearly are.  You handled all the twists and turns, ups and downs, stops and re-starts during the entire negotiating process so professionally, making sure we knew we could comfortably walk away if that's what we wanted

to do.   I am sure that you would have been willing to forfeit months of

hard work if you didn't feel the deal was right for us in the end.      

I am amazed by your ability to answer the phone almost every time I called, or if not, a return call always came within minutes, even though you knew it was probably going to be another one of my stupid questions! 

Peggy, thanks again for everything.  It won't be long before I'll be calling you again for advice on all sorts of other things that go on up there that I know absolutely nothing about.

When we decided to sell our cottage, we interviewed a few real estate agents and were very impressed with Peggy Laidlaw.  She reviewed our property and provided comparisons of recent sales in order to assist us in deciding on an appropriate price.
